Privacy notice

Your details, in plain English.

When you register for the Garden Shed 3D model we ask for your name and email address. This page explains what we do with them.

Who we are

The True Troop Consulting Ltd runs the Free Primavera P6 Beginners Masterclass and this website. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact support@thetruetroop.com about your data.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Whether you consented to marketing and when.
• The invitation or campaign tag, if any, and when and how often the model is opened.
• A keyed, one-way network fingerprint used temporarily to reduce automated abuse. Our hosting provider may retain server logs.
• A secure access cookie, lasting 30 days, so you can return on the same device.

Why we use it

We use your details to provide the model and an access email, and to protect the service, in our legitimate interests. Future training news is sent only if you opt in. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Who sees it

We use Netlify to host the service, Supabase to store registrations and Resend to deliver email. These providers process data for us. Some processing may take place outside the UK; contact us for information about the applicable safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep registrations until you ask us to delete them or, after 24 months without contact or model use, until we review and delete them. We retain an unsubscribe record where necessary to honour your preference.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your details, restrict processing, or object. Contact support@thetruetroop.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
